I love this bag! There is so much room and the pocket storage is amazing! Far better than the bag though is the customer service. I had ordered a wallet, this bag and a phone case at the same time and was excited to hear that my wallet and bag would be delivered together. The day finally arrived and sure enough I had received my package but to my disappointment the only thing I received was the wallet. Upon checking the tracking # (in case the purse had been delayed) I found out that the purse also stated “delivered”. I immediately contacted Denae and after explaining what had happened she went right to work trying to make since of my particular situation and trying to rectify it. No matter how many times I panicked about the bag being “lost” and wrote to her she was always polite, attentive, extremely patient and kind (and I contacted her a lot). Danae is amazing!! Once she was “on the case” she never once made me feel like a burden. I will definitely be buying more bags, wallets and phone cases (oh my)!
