Love this satchel! Inside pockets are sturdy for my phone and insulin monitor so the don’t fall out, no more digging for them. It stays on shoulder and the crossbody strap is very sturdy. It’s just the perfect size overall and I get compliments and Asked where I got it all the time. 5 stars!
