Hi Lisa, so sorry that the shoes did not fit well, there is a size chart on the product page and i know that sometimes that can be confusing as well. I would be happy to send you another pair in another size. We have so many amazing reviews on our shoes, but if for some reason they just don't work with your feet, I would also be happy t send you something else, like bag and wallet etc. :) Please let me know.
